The shareholders of Flowerview Gardens are represented by a 6 member Board of Directors.

The Board serves as representatives for our shareholders in dealings with our vendors, management company and in legal proceedings. It is the responsibility of every board member to put the best interest of the co-op before their own.

Each director is elected to a 2 year term at our annual meeting. The terms are staggered, allowing 3 members to be elected each year.
