Community Room

The purpose of the Community Room is to foster a sense of community among the shareholders of Flowerview Gardens. The room is located at the main entrance to 91 Tulip Avenue, directly across from the Floral Park Library.

General Use
The Community Room is available for use by all shareholders Monday through Saturday from 10:00am until 7:00pm. Access is obtained using your key-card.

The room is furnished with tables, chairs and a sofa. You will also find a bookcase that is stocked with books, magazines and board games.

Keep your eyes open for flyers advertising various activities, such as bake sales and movie nights, that will take place in the Community Room.

Rental
The Community Room is available for rental by our shareholders seven days a week. If you would like to rent the room for a private function please click here to download the request form.
