In October of 2006, Flowerview Gardens changed management companies. We are now represented by Kaled Management based in Westbury, New York.

We are happy to announce that in October of 2009, Flowerview Gardens renewed our contract with Kaled for an additional 2 years.

Kaled provides Flowerview with a dedicated property manager, Jonathan Shatzkamer. Jonathan is on-site at least twice a week. He can often be found walking the property with our superintendent.
