Welcome to Flowerview Gardens. Flowerview Gardens is a cooperative community located in Floral Park, New York. Flowerview consists of 287 units located in 27 buildings over 3 street addresses.

Flowerview was built in the 1950's and has recently completed a major capital improvement plan. In the last 2 years much of our brickwork has been replaced or re-pointed. We have also replaced roofs and taken steps to maintain our heating system.
